1. Shipping Methods & Costs
Mysiri offers multiple delivery options based on your location, order type, and urgency:
a. Instant Delivery (Available in Select Cities)
Delivery Time: Within 4 to 24 hours.
Shipping Charges: Free for orders above ₹5,000. A flat ₹99 fee for orders below ₹5,000.
Service Availability: Currently available in major metropolitan cities. Please check app/website for service coverage.
b. Standard Delivery (Pan India)
Delivery Time: 2 to 7 business days.
Shipping Charges:
Orders below ₹5,000: ₹99
Orders ₹5,000–₹50,000: ₹49
Orders above ₹50,000: Free
c. High-Value Secure Delivery
For orders above ₹1,00,000, we offer insured and tamper-proof premium delivery services via trusted logistics partners with end-to-end tracking and customer verification at delivery.
Shipping Charges: ₹199 (waived for SIP redemptions and loyalty users)

3. Digital SIP Delivery Policy
For users investing via our Mysiri Digital SIP Program:
Your SIP investments are stored in 24K 999 purity digital gold.
You can redeem your SIP amount as physical gold anytime from the app/portal.
Upon redemption:
Standard or high-value delivery charges may apply based on the amount redeemed.
Delivery is typically completed within 2–5 business days after redemption confirmation.
4. Order Tracking
We provide real-time order tracking via the Mysiri App and Web Portal:
Once your order is placed, you will receive:
Order Confirmation Email/SMS
Tracking ID and Link when dispatched
You can track your delivery status via:
Mysiri App Dashboard → “My Orders”
Email/SMS with tracking details from our logistics partner
5. Delivery Attempts & Verification
Our logistics team will attempt delivery up to 3 times before marking the order as undeliverable.
A valid government-issued ID proof must be presented at the time of delivery for high-value orders.
We strongly recommend providing an accurate address and reachable contact number for smooth delivery.
6. Packaging & Insurance
All physical gold is packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging with appropriate certificates of purity and authenticity.
All shipments are insured until delivered and verified at your doorstep.
7. Delivery Exceptions
Mysiri reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries under the following circumstances:
Incomplete or incorrect shipping address
Non-availability of recipient
Unserviceable PIN codes
Natural disasters or logistical issues beyond our control
